By accessing, registering or using the BloodLife application ("Platform"), you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Platform.
BloodLife is a digital platform that uses advanced technology, trained by health professionals, to generate personalized plans for nutrition, training, supplementation and blood test analysis, based on user-provided information (age, weight, height, goals, activity level, available equipment, dietary restrictions, health conditions, budget, etc.). The generated content is exclusively informational and educational.
BloodLife does NOT offer medical diagnosis, treatment prescription, clinical monitoring or any type of regulated health service. The information and suggestions provided by the platform are generated by artificial intelligence technology and do NOT replace, under any circumstances, consultation, diagnosis or monitoring by qualified health professionals, including doctors, nutritionists, endocrinologists, physical educators or any other licensed professional. The user acknowledges and agrees that any decision made based on information from the platform is entirely their own responsibility.
BloodLife, its partners, collaborators, developers and commercial partners are NOT responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, adverse reactions, health complications or any other negative result arising from the use, interpretation or application of information provided on the platform. This includes but is not limited to: allergic reactions to suggested foods, injuries from physical exercises, worsening of pre-existing health conditions, interactions with medications or supplements in use, results different from those expected by the user. Before starting any diet, exercise program or supplementation, the user MUST consult a qualified health professional.
Platform content is generated by artificial intelligence technology trained on scientific data and user-provided information. The technology may occasionally generate imprecise, incomplete or inadequate information for specific health situations. BloodLife does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of any content generated for each user's individual situation.
The blood test analysis feature uses artificial intelligence technology to interpret laboratory markers and suggest adjustments to diet and supplementation plans. This analysis does NOT constitute a medical report, clinical diagnosis or replacement of interpretation by a qualified health professional. The user should always present their tests to their doctor for professional evaluation.
Supplementation suggestions provided by the platform are informational and based on the user's profile and goals. BloodLife does NOT prescribe supplements. The user should consult a health professional before starting any supplementation, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions or are taking medications.
To use the platform, the user must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. The user must be at least 18 years old.
Access to the full BloodLife plan is offered through a recurring monthly subscription. The subscription amount will be informed before payment confirmation. Billing is processed automatically every 30 days through Stripe. The user can cancel their subscription at any time, without penalty. Cancellation ends automatic renewal, but access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
All platform content, including text, design, source code, logos, trademarks, layout and features, is the exclusive property of BloodLife. Plans generated by the technology are for personal and non-transferable use by the subscriber. Reproduction, distribution, commercialization or public sharing of content generated by the platform is prohibited without prior written authorization.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use. By using the platform, the user consents to the collection and processing of their data as described in said policy.
The user agrees to use the platform exclusively for personal and lawful purposes. It is expressly prohibited to: use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization, share access credentials with third parties, attempt to access restricted areas or internal systems, use generated content to offer professional health or nutrition services to third parties, reverse engineer or attempt to compromise platform security.
BloodLife strives to maintain the platform available continuously but does not guarantee permanent availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or force majeure reasons.
BloodLife reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the platform. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
BloodLife may suspend or terminate the user's access to the platform at any time and without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the user's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of the user's domicile.
